Cancellation Policy
-For "Serve, Rally, Win Course: No Cancellation/ rescheduling availble this course is non refundable - For Individual or Group of 2 : Lessons can be canceled free of cost 12 hours or over before the lesson time. If a lesson is canceled within 12 of the lesson, the whole lesson amount will be charged. - For Orange ball, Green ball, Kids Beginners, Adults Beginners, Adults Intermediate batches: There is no cancellation allowed . Cover-up classes are only allowed if the academy is informed at least 3 days in advance. Only up to 2 cover-up classes are allowed in the month. - For Red ball: No cancellation/ Cover ups allowed
